From Large to micro-area analysis using PHI Focus X-ray Source and utilizing the automation Queue function for efficient operation   On 8-May-2013, CoreTech Integrated had organized the very first Webinar meeting with the existing ULVAC-PHI users.  The discussion of this meeting is on the theme “From Large to micro-area XPS analysis using PHI Focus X-ray Source and utilizing the automation Queue function for efficient operation”.   There were totally 15 participates for this Webinar.  CoreTech Integrated is keeping the goals by providing such Webinar to the customers so that, (1) for new users they can be more familiar with how to utilize the surface analysis instrument in producing better data with a more efficient way, while for (2) the more experience users a platform for advance topics and application discussion in order to make knowledge sharing in the industries.  Then furthermore, (3) even for potential future users, by the Webinar to get more concepts of surface analysis and PHI’s instruments technologies serving even just as educational & information purposes.   CoreTech Integrated certainly plans on continuing to organize more similar Webinar with the users, and from the feedback after the 1st Webinar.  The plan is to make these future Webinar in the directions including (1) Operation Usage for better data, (2) more Application in real-life sample follow with data massage discussion, and also (3) Routine & common system Q&A for solving easy system problems.  We expect through such Webinar, we can build up another platform for all the users & customers for information and knowledge sharing wirelessly, so finally bringing a better chance of success to all.
